How Our Site Works

Zip Code Login

In order for our site to work at its peak optimization, put your zip code in whenever you're ready to view the prices. Because we make exclusive deals with manufacturers that protect their existing relationships with retailers, vendors and distributors, Fireplacesnow can offer you the best prices on quality merchandise anywhere. However, some manufacturers will not allow us to post the pricing because we are so low, but feel free call us toll free at 1-800-878-8064 to get imedite pricing.

Not all products are available in all areas, but we can bring you the lowest price on what is available. We simply need your zip code to make this determination. You will find the Login box on the left side of the home page.

Once you have logged in you will be able to view product prices.

Manufacturer's Drop Down box

When you have already chosen a fireplace manufacturer but not the model, our manufacturer's drop down box is a great place to start. It can be found in the left margin in the Fireplace Categories box. You will find our selection second to none. Simply make your choice and click the Go button.

Search Box

If you still can't find what you're looking for, our search box will scour the store for whatever keyword you seek. It can be found in the center of the home page if you scroll down a little, and at the top left of the other pages in the site.

Alternatively, try our Power Search. This search looks for an exact match in key fields in the database for the string of characters you entered. So for example, if "fireplace system with blower kit by Vanguard" doesn't find what you are looking for, shorten the search and enter just "Vanguard" or "blower kit". Or use the "Word Or" or "Word And" search options to find one word or another or one word and another. And if all that is as clear as mud, just call us at 1-877-669-4669.

Dimensions

Dimensions listed on our various category pages (direct vent fireplaces or ventless gas logs) are viewing dimensions, not rough-in dimensions. This will give you a better idea of the finished look of your fireplace.

Manually controlled vented logs need 4-6 inches of clearance on each side of the log set for proper airflow. Remote ready vented log sets need 8-10 inches of clearance on each side of the log set for proper airflow.
