Shipping Policy

For smaller items:
Smaller packages will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All shipments go standard ground shipping. Normally these items are delivered within 7 days of leaving our warehouse. Typically no signature is required.

For larger shipments:
The products will be shipped by an LTL Freight Carrier. 

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. 
    To avoid re-delivery fees please be home during the delivery time frame. If the appointment is missed the freight carrier will charge a re-delivery fee, this fee will be your responsibility to pay. We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to change of address or missed appointments. After we ship your package, it is in the hands of the freight company. This means we cannot change the shipping address, this must be correct before shipping your order.
  • Shipment must be signed for by someone over the age of 18, shipments will never be left unattended.
  • Shipment MUST be inspected at time of delivery. See Shipment Damage below for more details.

Shipment Damage
Small packages are typically delivered without a signature or chance to inspect the product. If your product is damaged please notify us as soon as possible so we can get the product replaced. 

For LTL / Large product shipment please carefully read and follow the instructions below. 

You MUST inspect all packages in your shipment before signing for the delivery. By signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt you are agreeing that the product is in good condition.

If the product is damaged you can refuse the shipment and we will have a new product shipped. If the cartons have any signs of damage on them and the carrier refuses to allow a fill inspection write "package damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing it. As long as the damage is noted on the delivery receipt we can easily replace the product if damage is found once opened. 

Once the shipment is received please thoroughly inspect all the items. If you notice damage after the carrier has left please notify us as soon as possible. IF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS SIGNED FOR AND IS NOT REPORTED WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) BUSINESS HOURS OF DELIVERY, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY OR EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE
